Here comes the tallest building, - with the highest quality view - , in the “3-in-1” (*) free zone. Central Park Office Tower is located in Podomoro City, in Jalan S. Parman Kavling 28th, Jakarta. It takes only 15 minutes from Sudirman Central Business District and 20 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Central Park Office Tower is the newest flagship project of Agung Podomoro Group (APG), the prominent developer. They already built more than 50 tower rise building in their 30 year experience.

In designing the 36 storey office tower, Central Park, the architect was inspired by the natural elements. Mr. Wu Tzu Chiang, the designer of Central Park said that human can interact directly with natural elements through the senses (vision, smell, tasting, touching, and hearing). All were shaped in Natural Landscape, Natural Forms, Natural Spaces, Natural Movements, and Natural Experiences. Mr. Wu is the Director of DP Architect, a Singapore’s architecture consultant who designed many significant projects in the worlds; namely Suntec City, Esplanade, Paragon, and The Dubai.
Office space in Central Park sized flexible, from 116 meter square with strata title owning license. The total floor area is 80,000 m2 (2,100 m2 width of each floor) and 3 meter height of floor to ceiling.
